1.The scribing machine shall be installed without obvious vibration. Clean the room without corrosive gas and strong magnetic field. Working temperature is between 20 and 25 ℃ and remains constant; relative humidity is <60%, no condensation.
2.The compressed air used by the scribing machine should be clean without oil and water, and the compressed air must be filtered through the cold dryer.
3.The cutting cooling water quality of the cutting machine shall be clean without impurities, and the water temperature shall be within 16-20℃, and the water temperature fluctuation is less than or equal to ± 1℃ ; the excessive water temperature may cause cutting edge breaking, membrane wear, blade and cutting ; the water temperature of the cutting machine shall be within 9-16℃, and the water temperature fluctuation is less than or equal to ± 2℃ ; the excessive water temperature may cause tin melting, reverse cutting and broken cutting. (The difference from room temperature is within ± 3℃ to avoid excessive condensate)
4.The water quality of the spindle cooling water used in the scribing machine should be clean and free of impurities, the water temperature should be within 12-20℃, and the water temperature fluctuation is less than or equal to ± 1℃. 5,Installation, commissioning and acceptance
1.Party B shall be responsible for the installation and commissioning of all the goods free of charge. Party A shall be responsible for the infrastructure construction of the equipment and provide necessary assistance to Party B in the installation and debugging.Party B shall carry out the installation and commissioning within 3 days upon receipt of the notice from Party A.
